A bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article VIII, Division 11 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to transfer governance of the Crime Prevention and Control Commission from the Department of Safety to the Department of Human Services.
(SAFETY & WELL-BEING) Amends Sections 2-255.48 through Sec. 2-255.58 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to move the Crime Prevention and Control Commission (CPCC) from the Department of Safety to the Denver Department of Human Services. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 12-3-15.
