A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the St. Francis Center to provide emergency shelter services.
(SAFETY AND WELL-BEING) Amends a contract with the St. Francis Center to add $350,000 for a total contract in the amount of $1.075 million and to extend the term through 12-31-16 to provide shelter services for up to 728 homeless men and women (SOCSV-2013 14453-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-11-15. The Committee approved filing this resolution at its meeting on 12-8-15.
