A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and Accela, Inc., to provide maintenance and support services. (FINANCE & SERVICES) Adds $1.5 million to the contract with Accela, Inc. tor a new total of $2,396,389.78 and extends the maintenance and support for the Accela application by 5 years for a new end date of 12-31-20 (CE15003). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-19-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution at its meeting on 12-15-15.
