A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado, Department of Transportation to allow the City to receive $2,000,000 and take over ownership of the 40th Avenue (former State Highway 33) bridge.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Colorado Department of Transportation to accept $2 million for the 40th/Market Lead Improvements as part of the City's takeover of ownership of the 40th Avenue bridge (201418803). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-25-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-24-15.
