(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a social impact bond contract with Denver PFS, LLC for five years and six months and a maximum payment of $11,571,000 for outcome payments related to permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals who have been identified as high utilizers of safety net services (FINAN-201523939-00).
