A resolution approving a proposed Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Silva Construction, Inc. for on-call traffic intersection improvements.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a $2,719,535.37 contract with Silva Construction, Inc. for phase 1A of the 2016 citywide construction of ADA Ramps including concrete repairs to curbs, gutters, sidewalks, valley gutters, concrete streets, and alleys (201525285). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-21-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 1-21-16.
