A bill for an ordinance approving an Intergovernmental Agreement (Central Park Blvd./Related Infrastructure Improvements) in Stapleton
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Park Creek Metro District and Commerce City identifying the design standards, ownership, and maintenance of the new infrastructure related to the construction of part of the Stapleton Redevelopment Area that borders Commerce City in Council District 8. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-14-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-11-16.
