A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Thirty-Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00), payable to Linda D. Bash, the Mellon Law Firm, and Cristiano Law, LLC in full payment and satisfaction of all Ms. Bash’s claims in Case No. 2014CV34269, in District Court, City and County of Denver, Colorado and in Case No. 2015CA1260, pending in the Colorado Court of Appeals. (INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a settlement involving the Department of Public Works. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor-Council meeting on 2-9-16.
