Title: A resolution approving a proposed Fifth Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and CenturyLink Communications, LLC f/k/a Qwest Communications Company, LLC to provide maintenance service to the City’s 911 phone switches and supporting systems. (FINANCE & SERVICES) Adds $2,471,588.63 to and extends the contract with Century Link for one year for a new end date of 12-31-16 for 911 telephony systems at 950 Josephine Street and 303 West Colfax Avenue (TECHS-CE76017-06). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-29-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 2-25-16.
