(FINANCE & SERVICES) Adds $1,373,221 to and extends the contract with CH2M HILL Engineers, Inc. by 25 months through 12-31-17 for continuing program management of the Downtown Tax Increment Finance Program (201314570). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-29-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution at its meeting on 2-23-16.
