A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., to promote and book concerts and live events at various City venues and facilities.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends a contract with Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. to establish the 2016 commission program to incentivize live concerts and events at the Denver Coliseum and Red Rocks Amphitheatre (THTRS-201313558-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-11-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 3-3-16.
