(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a $600,000 master purchase order with CEM Sales & Services, Inc. through 12-31-16 for water treatment and pool chemicals for City swimming pools (5832M0112). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-11-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-310-16.
