A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and Marsh Clearsight, LLC, to provide maintenance services and support STARS ™ software.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Adds $324,946 to and extends the contract with Marsh ClearSight through 12-31-18 for a new total of $824,276 for Licensed Risk Management Software “STARS" for tracking City’s workers’ compensation, auto and property claims (CRCFD - 201311634). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-18-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 3-17-16.
