A resolution approving a Second Amendment to Lease Agreement with Outward Bound, Inc., for property known as Camp Rollandet located at 5161 Sheridan Blvd.
(IINFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Extends the contract with Outward Bound, Inc. through 9-28-21 and adds a snow removal provision to lease the lodge building and parking lot at Camp Rollandet Natural Area with no change in the lease amount (201102078). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-9-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 4-7-16.
