A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and City of Aurora to reimburse Aurora for improvements to be constructed in the Denver portion of Tower Road to widen the road and construct appurtenances thereto.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Aurora to reimburse Aurora $850,000 for improvements in the Denver portion of the roadway including a traffic signal at the 43rd Avenue intersection and construction of a landscaped and irrigated median in Council District 11 (PWADM-201627364-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-16-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-14-16.
