(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Denver RiNo General Improvement District, by City Council sitting in its capacity as the ex-officio Board of Directors of the RiNo GID, regarding the construction and maintenance of streetscape enhancements along Brighton Boulevard from 29th to 44th Streets, in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-23-16. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 4-20-16.
