A bill by the Council of the City and County of Denver, sitting ex officio as the Board of Directors of the RiNo Denver General Improvement District, making certain findings and approving the issuance of $3 million in principal amount of revenue Notes and imposing capital charges.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves the issuance of up to $3,000,000 in debt, by City Council sitting in its capacity as the ex-officio Board of Directors of the RiNo General Improvement District, to fund the installation of streetscape enhancements along Brighton Boulevard from 29th to 44th Streets, in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-31-16. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 4-20-16.
