A resolution amending the Denver City Council Rules of Procedure to provide for a general public comment session before the first regular meeting of each month. (GOVERNANCE & CHARTER REVIEW) Amends the Denver City Council Rules of Procedure to add a 30-minute general public comment session starting at 5 pm before the first regularly scheduled Council meeting each month. The Committee approved filing this resolution at its meeting on 5-3-16.
