A bill for an ordinance designating certain property as “park” under section 2.4.5 of the City Charter which is to be incorporated into and known as Cesar E. Chavez Park.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves the addition of 0.02 acre to the existing Chavez Park located at West 42nd Avenue and Tennyson Street in Council District 1. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-20-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-19-16.
