A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment to Rooftop Space License Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and CBS Television Stations Inc., for the lease of the “Library Cam” on the rooftop of the Denver Public Library Central.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Renews a revenue contract with CBS Corporation at $225 per month for ten years for the lease of the “Library Cam” on the rooftop of the Central Denver Public Library (BOOKS-RC6A002-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-1-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 6-30-16.
