A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00), payable to Niesha Leaks in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) and to the Law Office of Ralph Lamar in the amount of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000), in full payment and satisfaction of all claims in Case No. 14-cv-00696-RM-KLM, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. (SAFETY & WELL-BEING) Settles a claim with the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the 7-12-16 Mayor-Council meeting.
