A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and Kronos Incorporated to extend the term of the contract for maintenance and support for the Denver Sheriff Department’s scheduling system.
Adds sixteen months through 12-31-19 to the contract with Kronos Incorporated for online scheduling, reporting, and employee self-service for the Sheriff Department (TECHS - 201523625). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-15-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-11-18.

The Denver Sheriff’s Department currently uses the Kronos Telestaff software application for online scheduling, reporting and employee self-service. This request is to extend the term through 12/31/2019 to cover maintenance, support and professional services. Support includes vendor monitoring of the application as well as issue resolution assistance to ensure the application is functioning at is maximum capacity.
