Approves a ten-year non-financial lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, doing business as AT&T, to install a new UMTS-LTE Headend inside the Denver 911 Peoria Building at 12025 East 45th Avenue in Council District 8 (TECHS - 201842529). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-15-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-11-18.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC. dba AT&T; New Non-Financial Agreement to allow AT&T to install a new UMTS-LTE Headend inside the Denver 911 Peoria Building. The purpose is to create a License agreement to allow AT&T to install a new UMTS-LTE Headend inside the Denver 911 Peoria Building at 12025 East 45th Avenue at no cost to the City. The AT&T system will interface with the City owned passive distributed antenna system (DAS). The City is willing to provide backhaul for the AT&T Headend through the City network. This will provide in-building enhancement for AT&T Wireless devices used inside 911 Peoria. The contract states that the carriers headend equipment would be installed in the Data Center room and Denver will provide open racks for their equipment. AT&T will provide their own fiber backhaul to their cellular switches.
