This project will relieve an existing 12" sanitary sewer in the alley north of W 12th Ave and between Bannock and Cherokee Streets. This new pipe will intercept flows at this alley and direct them west in 12th Ave to Delaware St and tie into an existing 18 inch sanitary sewer at 13th Ave.
