Amends a contract with Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti, LLP by adding $100,000 for a new total amount of $550,000 and six months for a new end date of 3-31-19 for special counsel services related to conflict counsel cases, overflow maters and continuous legal matters and services as necessary, citywide (201314075). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-26-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-23-18.
