Approves a use and lease agreement with Swissport Cargo Services, L.P. for $154,312 annual revenue and for two years for 9,965.88 square feet of building space and 42,274.86 square feet of ground space in the Joint Use Cargo facility to support their cargo handling services at Denver International Airport (201842243).
