Establishes the 2020 Census Special Revenue Fund to support the 2020 Census. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-6-18.

The 2020 Census Fund will support outreach and engagement as well as a marketing campaign in an effort to conduct a full and accurate count of the population of the City and County of Denver in the 2020 Census. The 2019 Long Bill includes a $400,000 General Fund transfer to this fund. This fund will be set up on a cash-basis and will be non-lapsing. The expending authority will be the Director of the Office of Human Rights and Community Partnerships. The fund number will be 11869.
