A bill for an ordinance amending the Building and Fire Code of the City and County of Denver.
Amends Article II of Chapter 10 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to amend the 2016 Denver Building and Fire Code to align electrical apprentice ratios and electrical work with state requirements, modify exit stair remoteness criteria, require habitable attic space over 3 stories to require sprinklers, and other changes. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-13-18.
