Approves a contract with QUIZ-DIA, LLC doing business as Chef Jimmy's, for $1,671,206.20 Minimum Annual Privilege Fee (MAPF) and for ten years for casual dining services with alcohol on the A Concourse at Denver International Airport (201845381). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-17-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-21-18.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
QUIZ-DIA, LLC dba Chef Jimmy's has earned the Premium Value Concession (PVC) Program Benefit and after negotiations the Concessionaire has agreed to re-concept to the new Mercantile Dining and Provisions on A Concourse. QUIZ-DIA, LLC have agreed to invest a minimum of $2,996,250.00 into the new concession concept. In return, the Concessionaire will receive a new agreement for a term of Ten (10) years and will pay the Airport a Minimum Annual Privilege Fee (MAPF) of $1,671,206.20 Annually.
