Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The Scope of Work is defined as all services required of vendor to include:

• Software:  Operating and Application and Firmware on the DEN Computerized Airport Integrated Security System (CAISS)
• Hardware:  Any and all of the system components that are not considered software
• Network:  Any and all hardware and software required to transport CAISS to any and all components of the system
• On Call:  Availability of CCS contract personnel to respond as required in events that are determined to be malfunctions or failures of the system
• Support:  Duties to ensure that the system is supported and operational

Cyber Country Systems, LLC will provide services for the CAISS on a continuing basis and provide on-site and on-call capabilities.  Through the support they will be required to provide software, hardware and technical support for CAISS.  All modifications will require that CCS provides system documentation in operations and maintenance manuals.

Noncompetitive. CCS has successfully performed the work as specified in a previous contract and is fully trained in the complexities of repair and maintenance for all hardware elements of DEN’s security system.  They have been fully proficient in the creation, modification and support of all systems applications at DEN since 1996.  These systems support the security badging and point of entry security systems as well as the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.  These systems were developed by a company that no longer exists; however, CCS was formed by one of the principals of that company.  The system is primarily supported by DEN Technologies personnel with the backup of CCS.  Their knowledge of the systems, as well as the intricate details of the airport security operations, makes them an essential member of the security technology team.  Finally, because of CCS’s unique relationship to DEN via their
