Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This amendment, which is planned for as part of the buyout strategy for the project, will add necessary scope to complete construction of the Northfield Fire Station. To expedite buyout and construction start, and to avoid cost escalation related to tariffs and general market conditions, the procurement strategy for this project is to bid two separate design packages. The first package serves as the basis for the initial CMGC / GMP contract and included site work, concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, mechanical units and select equipment. This second bid package includes remaining work necessary for completion of the project including site concrete, exterior wall construction, and interior buildout.
