A bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 22 of the Revised Municipal Code to establish the 2019, 2020, and 2021 salary of the Fire Chief, Deputy Chief, and Division Chiefs.
Amends Section 22-35 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to establish the 2019-2021 salaries of the command staff for the Denver Fire Department. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-12-18.

This municipal code change increases command pay rates for all Denver Fire Department leadership titles by 3.75% on January 1, 2019, a 3.25% on January 1, 2020 and a 3.0% on January 1, 2021. This change mirrors the collective bargaining agreement that the City and Union ratified in Fall, 2018.
