This amends Contract Number 201735349-00 Reimagine Play at Paco Sanchez Park to included Paco Sanchez Park Phase II located at 1290 N. Knox Ct. per PCL Preliminary Estimate - Revision No. 8 dated October 22, 2018  in the amount of $5,709,270.00 (attached). Amended Scope of Work is based on 100% GMP Construction Drawings dated 09/20/2018 and Technical Specifications dated 06/20/2108 by Dig Studio.  Contract Amendment Amount includes Contractor Contingency of $171,278.00 (included in GMP Estimate), 5 Allowances totaling $410,050.00 (included in GMP Estimate), and Owner Contingency of $200,000.00 (in addition to GMP Estimate).
