Approves a lease agreement with Verizon Wireless (VAW), LLC doing business as Verizon Wireless, for $85,493.40 and for two years to allow Verizon to install a cellular antenna at the parking garage of the Denver Performing Arts Complex located at 1040 14th Street in Council District 9 (FINAN-201840751-00).
