Type and Scope of services to be performed: This project will remove and replace existing traffic signal equipment at two intersections (York Street/7th Avenue and Josephine Street/7th Avenue). Civil improvements will aslo be constructed including upgrading curb ramps in all eight quadrants of both one-way couplet intersections and removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb and gutter as shown in the design plans.
