The proposed amendment amends the debarment ordinance, D.R.M.C. ? 20-77 to include in the definition of "contractor" those who are seeking to contract with the city to provide goods or services, to add additional grounds for debarment, and to provide for temporary suspension of contractors by the debarment board.
