Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This project is for the rehabilitation of the Pikes Peak Parking facility. The facility is a 65-acre (314,600 square yard) asphalt and

bus stop islands with shelters). This facility has surpassed its 20-year design life cycle. The lot currently shows heavy surface cracking, surface heaving, pot holing, joint separation and sub-surface damage resulting in increased and high maintenance activities, public safety concerns, lot disruption/closures, unpleasant driving conditions and American Disability Act (ADA) deficiencies and public safety issues.
