Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The scope of this agreement is for Professional Services to complete the design of the Equestrian Center and Parking Garage design for the National Western Center project. The Project includes the design and construction administration services for approximately 504,000 sq. ft. of new equestrian facilities, a new 1,050-space parking garage, and associated plaza around the facility. The scope of design services includes verification of programming and conceptual design, schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, coordination with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and construction administration through project completion.
