A resolution approving a proposed Sixth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. to provide software and licenses for the CCH Teammate electronic audit software system.
Amends a contract with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Inc. by adding $396,169 for a new total of $592,996.62 and five years for a new end date of 12-31-23 for recordkeeping, workpaper, and auditing software to support the operations of the Auditor’s Office, citywide (CE7A063-06). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-29-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-26-19.
