Type and Scope of services to be performed:

On-call professional landscape planning, design and related consulting services for planning, programming, and designing various park projects.  The group of on-call contractors for these services plan and design the majority of the (40-50) Capital Projects performed annually. The types of projects these contractors typically work on are neighborhood park improvements (i.e. playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas and new walks and trails). These projects are important for the neighborhoods, and impact DPR’s ability to deliver capital projects in accordance with the established schedules. DPR desires to extend the term of Architerra’s contract to allow for the completion of work in progress for the Westside Line Trail concept design project and 2019 TIP Grant proposal review project, which were initiated during the original contract term.
