Approves the Mayoral appointment of Susan Taub, and the Mayoral reappointment of Lindi Sinton, to the Santa Fe Business Improvement District Board of Directors for terms effective immediately and expiring 12-31-2021, or until a successor is duly appointed. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 4-9-19.
