Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The amendment to contract 201733020 will add $1,206,102.89 in City funds, and $600,000 in UDFCD funds for a new total of $2,606,102.89.  These funds will be used for the design and construction of a detention basin on the southwest corner of 49th & Grant on the property known as Platte Farm Open Space in the Globeville neighborhood. The purpose of this project is to improve local drainage, mitigate flood risk, and integrate into the overall vision of the community park and open space. The UDFCD and Wastewater Capital Project Management previously participated in a joint planning study titled “Globeville-Utah Junction Outfall Systems Plan” in which this project was identified.
