This Amendment 01 is for a name change only. The firm changed their name from Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness, Inc. to RS&H, Inc. The original purpose of this agreement is as follows: The City and County of Denver found a multidisciplinary planning, environmental and engineering team to provide environmental compliance through the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process; preliminary and final engineering design, and right-of-way services for multimodal improvements to Quebec Street from 13th to 26th Avenues.
