Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Resolution number 18-0707 approved purchase of a Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program (ROCIP), which includes Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Excess Liability, Contractors Pollution, and Builders’ Risk insurance for the National Western Center renovation.  The $8,638,566 premium includes a deductible loss fund amount of $3,650,000 from which claims are paid. This Resolution Request approves an Incurred Deductible Agreement with Zurich American Insurance Company which defines the scope and structure of this loss fund. All premiums are paid by National Western Center Office funds.
