For the purchase and installation of three (3) new asphalt containment silos for the City’s Asphalt Plant at the 5440 Roslyn Street campus. Purchase is with Astec Industries. This purchase is to support and enhance the current capabilities of the City’s Asphalt Plant, which will allow for an increase capability to store asphalt made at the plant. This expansion will assist with the City’s continued effort to serve the public’s needs for road maintenance.
