Approves a contract with Silva Construction, Inc. for $901,217.50 and for 180 days for the construction of the Knox Court Neighborhood Bikeway, including bumpouts at intersections, median refuges, bike boxes, sharrows, signage and bicycle wayfinding signs, located northbound from Kentucky Avenue to Nevada Place and West 35th Avenue northbound from Sheridan Avenue to Jason Street at Inca Trail in Council Districts 1 and 3 (201948771).
