Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This contract amendment extends the term end date for one additional year and includes a revised Exhibit A-Fees to allow for additional lab analysis pricing for various turn-around times and an increase in hourly labor rates. No increase to the contract amount is being requested. On-call consultant provides as-needed consulting services for each of the following categories: asbestos in buildings and in soils, lead-based paint, and industrial hygiene.
