Approves a master on-call contract with Rider Levett Bucknall, Ltd for $8 million and for three years, with an option to extend for two years, for program management, project management, design and cost review, program schedule development, program risk assessment, program delivery analysis and program administration assistance for the Colorado Convention Center Expansion Project in Council District 9 (201950568).
