The Public Health and Wellness Fund, accounting no. 14806 was created as an appropriated, lapsing fund. This request seeks approval to change the fund to non-lapsing. It will continue to be appropriated. Revenue to this fund, which is primarily General Fund transfers, state public health contributions and other program revenue, is retained by the fund for on-going programs; however, the expending authority lapses at year-end.
