Richdell Construction, Inc. provides on-call site development, landscape, and irrigation construction services on an individual work order basis at various scopes and locations. Work may include demolition, site grading, drainage systems and structures, landscape structures, signage, landscape planting and irrigation, concrete walls and flatwork, asphalt paving, and to a lesser extent, other incidental or miscellaneous work such as plumbing, masonry (brick and stone), trucking/hauling, electrical lighting or service wiring, plumbing/pipe fitting, and carpentry. The majority of the work is performed in parks and park facilities Citywide, including mountain parks.
